If the resident (or any other person) wishes to lodge a complaint regarding ILV’s conduct, the standard of its services, or how it has managed a complaint, they can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The resident or their representative may lodge a complaint at any time, including before lodging a complaint with ILV.
